What does Period Pain Feel Like?

  • Throbbing or cramping pain in your lower abdomen that can be intense.
  • Pain that starts 1 to 3 days before your period

Menstrual cramps feel like a throbbing or cramping pain in your lower abdomen. You may also feel pressure or a continuous dull ache in the area. The pain may radiate to your lower back .

Cramps usually begin a day or two before your period, and during until it reaches the second to last days 

 

Mix a cup of ginger only using top water or room temperature blend enough to make water look white and drink before or during your period

Are painful periods a sign of good fertility?

 
While painful periods themselves are not linked to fertility , some of the causes behind the pain are associated with infertility
 
 These conditions can get worse over time, which is why getting medical attention is recommended and drinking ginger may not cure any underlying issues
