Membership Guidelines
All cards or due on the date you buy it, if you want the date to be adjusted to your pay day we will do so.
If you miss your card payment date more than two times we will revoke the package deal and you can continue to pay for each service individually.
Card cannot rolled over if you choose not to use it within the month you buy it.
