Our Image is everything and the social culture around us, even when we do not welcome it.
Work, business and parenting don’t matter where you fall you still have to deal with socialism and embrace life’s challenges as they come.
my understanding and to what I have grown to see in my 30th years of being in the world is that everyone has a story weather it be less dramatic or more traumatizing it’s a story! but even though our story are different we all are human and with that said we intend to either keep in things or store it, especially the stories that drain us of our worth and cause us nothing but stress.
Even though some might manage to deal with their stories! there is always some one coming to vent in your presences and looking for that feeling and hope that they are not the only person who went through something dramatic and even though most persons will use it as a part of their healing process there is some that just keep reminding you of how depressed life was.
The business world can be a sweet bitter place, a place you are eager to be but once in you better have on your bullet proof vest and it doesn’t matter if you are rich or poor it is a world for the person’s who can divide their emotional feeling from their professional life.
Parenting
Parenting is not an easy world and while I think and I know everyone who go through motherhood and fatherhood wish there was a college for this we all no it couldn’t be possible… as our children change as the world change and they don’t see the future as how we the older one sees it, and with there adorable personalities and moods you as a parent has a job that you cannot be fired from or make redundant you are a parent for life. Your children becomes your main focus and that priority take a lot form you as an individual and not everyone knows how to handle the changes that comes with being a parent. Most want to give up on their children or give up as they reach (18) eighteen and that shouldn’t be, I believe parenting is like marriage until death do us part.
How to preserve oneself from all of this.
Before we can help our children, socialize and have a successful career we first have to ask ourselves do we want to be beautiful from within so we can show that natural glow that is within us , to still be youthful and stress free?
You can achieve this and its very easy. A holistic lifestyle is in all of us but we sometimes need to be reminded how to live it and show it
Its a saying that people will say i put my children before myself and my career comes first, bull I say. You come first! No one should give too mush of themselves than they should. Even though we adjust our live to live an example for our child/children, and to fit the social culture that comes with that dream career, we are to remember without you nothing make sense, look around is their a next you reading this are its you, you only have this live and when everything out grown you, children, career cause live do change and passion does too. What would you be left with?
If you are ready and if you want to feel whole as a person and enjoy your heart desire you have to put you first even with adjustments.
Their should be a place in your live that no one should walk or see that place its yours, its your holy ground within your life a place where its sweet, its peaceful, its holy, a place where you feel nothing but love. Where should this place be? In your heart, it should be so big its in your mind and thoughts and anytime you realize something or someone want to invade that space immediately deal with it because you have to live free of stress and keep healthy so you can show love and live a holistic lifestyle.
I know you will be saying what if at this point! what if my children try to invade my holistic space ” yes ‘ lets give this space a name; my holistic space. if your child/children tries to then simple talk to them let them know right their and then what is at stake cause if your child is showered with your love and attention and see this holistic you and that good energy your create his/her they will have no room for nothing else but to appreciate who you are and so does every one.
I also believe that the type of energy we create says a lot about what is attracted to us in our life.
